VSC: The record date for the first dividend advance of 2013

On August 19, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:         VSC                            

-         Ex-right date:           August 26, 2013

-         Record date:            August 28, 2013

-         Purpose:                 to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Payment date:         September 16, 2013      

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from September 16, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
