HOSE announces the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 of Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:         CCI

-         Ex-right date:           August 28, 2013

-         Record date:            August 30, 2013

-         Purpose: to implement the first cash dividend advance of 2013. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

-         Payment date:         September 11, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company,  Bau Tre Village, Tan An Hoi Communal, Cu Chi District (D3 - Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park), HCM City on working days from September 11, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
