-         Record date:     August 05, 2013

-         Purpose:            to pay 2012 final cash dividend and to pay first 2013 interim cash dividend

-         Contents:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

+         In which:     to pay 2012 final cash dividend: 15%

                                    to pay first 2013 interim cash dividend: 15%

-         Payment date:   August 28, 2013
