VHC: Result of share issue for dividend payment

Vinh Hoan Corporation has reported the result of share issue to implement the second dividends payment of 2012 as follows:

-         Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 46,312,523 shares

-         Number of treasury shares before the issuance: 1,198,750 shares

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 13,893,756 shares

-         Purpose: to implement the second dividends payment of 2012 to the existing shareholders

-         Record date: June 14, 2013

-         Ex-right date: June 12, 2013

-         Trading date: July 15, 2013.

-         Number of distributed shares: 13,893,640 shares

-         Number of distributed shareholders: 560 shareholders.

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
