-         Ex-right date:    July 23, 2013     

-         Record date:    July 25, 2013     

-         Purpose:           to implement the first cash dividend payment of 2013. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 30% (VND3,000/share)

-         Payment date:  August 12, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
