OCH: Board Resolution on dividend payment and seasoned issue

Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 15/07/2013 as follows:

1.       Second Dividend payment for 2012

-          Issuer: Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC

-          Stock code: OCH

-          Dividend payment: in cash

-          Exercise rate: 8% (shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)

-          Expected exercise date: 14/08/2013

-          Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC on working days from 14/08/2013. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

2.Offering to outstanding shareholders:

-          Number of shares to be issued: 100,000,000 shares

-          Record date: 30/07/2013

-          Time for transfer of share purchase rights: from 08/08/2013 to 26/08/2013 inclusively

-          Time for registration and payment: from 08/08/2013 to 28/08/2013 inclusively
