+ For example, if shareholder A owns 104 shares at the record date, he will receive number of shares to pay dividend: 104*5% = 5.2 shares and he will receive number of shares to increase its charter capital: 104*5%=5.2 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 10 new shares and 0.4 share will be cancelled.
