The number of shares issued to
shareholders will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be bought
back at VND10,000/share.
For example, if
shareholder A owns 108 shares at the record date, he will receive: 108*12% = 12.9
shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 12 new shares and
9,000=(0.9*10,000 dongs).
2. Issuing
new shares to increase its charter capital

Exercise ratio: 3% (a shareholder
owns 100 shares will receive 3 new shares)

Issue volume: 252,000 shares

undistributed shares:

The new shares will be rounded down.
The fractional parts (if any) will be bought back at VND10,000/share.

shareholder A owns 108 shares at the record date, he will receive: 108*3% = 3.2
shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 3 new shares
and 2,000=(0.2*10,000 dongs).
