BBC: BIBICA cancels the dividend payment

On July 26, 2013, the Board of Directors of BIBICA Corporation decided to cancel the determination of shareholder list for the 2012 interim cash dividend payment (12%/share) with the record date of August 09, 2013.

Reason: At the request of Mr. Jung Woo Lee, Chairman of BIBICA and Representative of Lotte Confectionery holding 38.6% stake at BIBICA, the 2012 dividend payment must be decided by the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
