BMC: Resolution on dividend payment

On July 24, 2013, Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

-         Approving a payment rate of the first dividend installment of 2013:

+         Payment rate: 15%/charter capital (VND123,926,300,000): VND18,588,945,000.

+         Financial resource: undistributed profit after tax in the first six months of 2013.
