On July 29, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for cash dividend payment of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:   BMC                            

-         Ex-right date:     August 07, 2013   

-         Record date:     August 09, 2013

-         Purpose: to pay 2012 third cash dividend and to pay 2013 first cash dividend

-         Contents:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio:          

§         to pay 2012 third cash dividend: 20% (VND2,000/share)

§         to pay 2013 first cash dividend: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:  August 22, 2013           

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company – 11 Ha Huy Tap, Quy Nhon city and please submit ID cards.
