-         Ex-right date:    August 06, 2013    

-         Record date:    August 08, 2013

-         Purpose:           to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 11% (VND1,100/share)

-         Payment date:  August 26, 2013

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, 51 Highway, Long Huong Ward, Ba Ria Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province on the working days from August 26, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
