VNM: Board Resolution on the first dividend installment of 2013

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated July 26, 2013 on the first dividend installment of 2013. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the first dividend installment of 2013 with a payment ratio as follows:

-         Payment ratio: 20%/par value (VND2,000 for a share)

-         record date: August 22, 2013

-         Payment date: September 06, 2013.
