VIC: Increasing charter capital

VINGROUP Joint Stock Company has raised its charter capital:

-         Old charter capital:   VND9,282,843,810,000

-         New charter capital: VND9,284,585,470,000

-         The charter capital was raised via converting international bonds into shares (for the third tranche).
