FPT: FPT Corp to issue more than 1.3Mln shares to its employees

FPT Corporation has announced that it will issue new shares to its selected officers and employees, who made contributions to the corporation in 2012, as follows:

-         Stock name: Stock of FPT Corporation

-         Stock type: preference share - type 3

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total number of shares: 273,848,833 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 273,767,643 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 81,190 shares

-         Number of shares estimated to be issued: 1,352,922 shares

-         Total issue value: VND13,529,220,000.

-         Issue ratio (number of estimated issue shares/ number of outstanding shares): 0.49%

-         Financial resource: none. These are the shares in the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), not bonus shares to employees.  

-         Transfer restriction: 03 years from the issue date.

-         Issue date: in June 2013.
