HQC: Hoang Quan Corp to issue 12Mln new shares

On May 13, 2013, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (Hoang Quan Corp) received Official Document No.1861/UBCK-QLPH from the State Securities Commission confirming that the Commission received full documents for issuing stock dividends to HQC’s current shareholders. Therefore, according to the plan approved by the 2013 Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2013, Hoang Quan Corp will issue 12,000,000 new shares, corresponding to VND120 billion, to its current shareholders at an exercise ratio of 5:1. The financial resource for issuance is Hoang Quan Corp’s undistributed profit until December 31, 2012.
