STB: SACOMBANK to issue 136,355,472 shares for the 2011 dividend payment

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank disclosed its plan to issue 136,355,472 shares for the 2011 dividend payment with ratio 14% as follows:

-         Stock type:  common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Total shares:  1,073,967,664 shares

-         Outstanding shares: 973,967,664 shares

-         Treasury shares: 100,000,000 shares

-         Issue volume expected: 136,355,472 shares

-         Total value: 1,363,554,720,000 dongs

-         Issue ratio (issue volume expected on total shares): 12.69%

-         Finance resource: profit after tax of 2011 after distributing to funds under Law.

-         Record date: May 22, 2013

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid in cash at VND10,000/share.
