distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid in
cash at at the price of VND10,000 per share.

shareholder A owns 1,655 SFC shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,655:10
= 165.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 165 new
shares and VND5,000 (=0.5 share*VND10,000).
