HOSE announces the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012 of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  HRC

-         Ex-right date:    May 20, 2013    

-         Record date:    May 22, 2013      

-         Purpose:           to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:  June 04, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company on working days (from Monday to Friday) from June 04, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
