HSG: The record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2011-2012

On May 03, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the second cash dividend of 2011-2012 of Hoasen Group:

Stock symbol:   HSG                            

Ex-right date:    May 16, 2013

Record date:     May 20, 2013

Purpose  to pay cash dividends (Phase 2) according to the plan “Adding up the undistributed dividends of fiscal years 2011-2012” (Article 6 of Resolution of AGM date 06  March 2013)          

Dividend pay-out ratio:   10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:   June 20, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hoasen Group , 9 Thong Nhat High way, Song Than II Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province on working days from June 20, 2013  .

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
