-         Ex-right date:     May 13, 2013   

-         Record date:     May 15, 2013

-         Purpose:            to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 12% (VND1,200/share)

-         Payment date:   May 29, 2013
