VIC: Increasing charter capital

On May 2, 2013, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) issued Resolution No.31/2013/QD-HDQT- VINGROUP to announce the charter capital increase as follows:

-         Old charter capital: VND 9,281,450,480,000

-         New charter capital: VND 9,282,843,810,000

-         Effective date: April 23, 2013
