Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) announced its issuance plan to pay dividends from its undistributed profit as follows:

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total volume: 10,270,378 shares

-         Outstanding volume: 10,213,738 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 56,640 shares

-         Estimated issue volume: 1,021,373 shares

-         Total issue value: VND10,213,730,000.

-         Exercise ratio: 10% (or 10:1)

-         Financial resource: VND19,001,523,426 (undistributed profit after tax at 12/31/2012)

-         Record date: May 15, 2013.

-         How to deal with fractional shares: The number of additional shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be paid in cash at VND10,000/share by the Company.
