DXG: The record date for a dividend payment & new share issue

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation announces the record date to pay 2012 second dividend in stock and to increase charter capital:

-         Stock symbol:         DXG

-         Ex-right date:           April 24, 2013

-         Record date:            April 26, 2013

-         Purpose:                 +  Issue new shares to pay 2012 stock dividend.

                                    +  Issue new shares to increase its charter capital.

-         Contents:

1.   Issue new shares to pay 2012 stock dividend:

-         Exercise ratio: 5:1 (A shareholder owning 5 shares will receive 01 new share)

-         Estimated issue volume: 8,400,000 shares

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 789 shares at the record date, he will receive 157.8 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 157 new shares and 0.8 share will be cancelled.

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation – 27 Dinh Bo Linh, Ward 24, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend

2.   Issue new shares to increase its charter capital:

-         Exercise ratio: 20:1 (A shareholder owning 20 share will receive 01 new share)

-         Estimated issue volume: 2,100,000 shares

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 789 shares at the record date, he will receive 39.45 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 39 new shares and 0.45 share will be cancelled.
