ELC: Board Resolution on Capital Contribution
Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (Elcom Corp) announced the board resolution on capital contribution:
- The Board of Directors approved to receive a transfer of capital in Telecommunications Infrastructure Development Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company (Infras Consult JSC), as follows: Elcom Corp will receive a transfer of 360,000 shares, corresponding to VND3.6 billion, with a price of VND3.6 billion from Mr. Phan Chien Thang, a shareholder of Infras Consult JSC. - The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Phan Chien Thang to manage the transferred capital in Infras Consult JSC.
- The Board of Directors approved to receive a transfer of capital in Telecommunications Infrastructure Development Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company (Infras Consult JSC), as follows: Elcom Corp will receive a transfer of 360,000 shares, corresponding to VND3.6 billion, with a price of VND3.6 billion from Mr. Phan Chien Thang, a shareholder of Infras Consult JSC.
- The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Phan Chien Thang to manage the transferred capital in Infras Consult JSC.
