TTF: TTFC increases its capital

According to the business license granted for the 11th time by the Planning and Investment Department of Binh Duong province on May 22, 2013, Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTFC) increased its charter capital to VND590,601,770,000. This capital increase was made after the Corporation had finished the stock issuance to its current shareholders (19,686,571 shares) under the resolution of the shareholders’ general meeting dated August 11, 2012.
