-         Ex-right date:    June 03, 2013    

-         Record date:    June 05, 2013

-         Purpose:           to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 13% (VND1,300/share)

-         Payment date:  June 26, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company - lock 1, No.26-27, , Dong Khoi St., Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province on working days (from MON to FRI) from June 26, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
