-         Purpose:           to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012 (4%) and the first cash dividend advance of 2013 (5%)

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 9% (VND900/share)

-         Payment date:  June 20, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transimex-Saigon Corporation, 172 Hai Ba Trung St., District 1, Ho Chi Minh City from June 20, 2013 and please submit ID cards.
