HOSE announces the record date for the last dividend payment of 2012 in cash of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  BHS

-         Ex-right date:    May 29, 2013     

-         Record date:    May 31, 2013    

-         Purpose:           to implement the last cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:  June 20, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, on the working day from June 20, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
