TMS: Resolution on the dividend payment

Transimex-Saigon Corporation announced Resolution on the dividend payment dated May 13, 2013:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay the second dividend for 2012 and to pay the first interim dividend for 2013 in cash:

-         Record date: May 31, 2013

-         Payment rate in cash for the second dividend for 2012: 4%

-         Payment rate in cash for the first interim dividend for 2013: 5%

-         Source: earnings profit

-         Payment date: June 20, 2013

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from May 13, 2013.
