-         Ex-right date:   May 24, 2013   

-         Record date:   May 28, 2013     

-         Purpose:          to implement the second dividend payment of 2012 in cash. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% (VND2,000/share)

-         Payment date:  June 10, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated from June 10, 2013 and please submit ID card.
