On May 20, 2013 HOSE announced the record date for the third cash dividend payment of 2012 of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company:

-         Ex-right date:    May 30, 2013   

-         Record date:    June 03, 2013   

-         Purpose:           to implement the third cash dividend payment of 2012.     

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Payment date:  June 20, 2013
