Sài Gòn Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (stock code: SMA) will change the payment date of Dividend Installment of 2011:

-         Ex-right date: July 25, 2012

-         Record date:  July 27, 2012

-         Purpose: to pay Cash Dividend Installment of 2011.

+         Old payment date: April 01, 2013

+         New payment date: July 01, 2013

-         Other contents of Announcement No.644/2012/TB-SGDHCM dated July 10, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange are unchanged.
