DIC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 01, 2013:

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first of 2012 dividend in cash:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio:  4%/ par value (VND400/ share)

+         Payment date:                expected on June 14, 2013        

+         Charter capital until December 31, 2012 was VND164,460,690,000 or 16,446,069 shares.

Outstanding share: 15,911,129 shares

Treasury stock : 534,940 shares
