PHR: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 25, 2013:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to to pay for 2012 dividend in

Dividend pay-out ratio:  15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Record date:                    April 12, 2013

Payment date:                 April 25, 2013     

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Senior management to implement.

This resolution takes effect from March 25, 2013.
