HOT: The record date for the last dividend payment of 2012

HOSE announces the record date for the last dividend payment of 2012 of Hoi An Tourist Holding Company:

-         Stock symbol:  HOT

-         Ex-right date:    March 28, 2013    

-         Record date:    April 01, 2013    

-         Purpose:           to implement the last cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 17.04% (VND1,704/share)

-         Payment date:  April 22, 2013    

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoi An Tourist Holding Company, 10 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province, on work days from April 22, 2013, and please submit ID cards.

-         In case shareholders receive dividends by transfer, shareholders will send letters to ask HOT to pay dividends by transfer.
