STG: Cash Dividend Payment (Second installment of 2012)

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.366/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated March 29, 2013 to announce the record date for shareholders of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (stock code: STG) as follows:

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Par value: VND 10,000        

-         Ex-right date: April 8, 2013

-         Record date: April 10, 2013

-         Purpose: to proceed to the payment of the second installment of cash dividend for the 2012 fiscal year.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND 800/ share).

-         Payment date: April 24, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Financial and Accounting Department of South Logistics Joint Stock Company - No. 1B Hoang Dieu Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City from 8:00am – 11:30am and 13:00pm – 17:30pm on business days (except on Saturdays: only from 8:00am to 11:30am) as from April 24, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividends.
