SRC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 02, 2013:

The Board of Directors approved contents:

Dividend pay-out ratio for 2012 is 25% of charter capital. In which:          

1. Dividend pay-out ratio in cash: 12.5%/ par value (VND1,250/ share)
2. Dividend pay-out ratio in stock: 12.5%

The Board of Directors approved to close energy enterprises, mechanical and electrical enterprises and set up energy & mechanical and electrical enterprises.
