Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 01, 2013:
The Board of Directors approved the record date for the first of 2011 dividend in cash: Ex-right date: April 10, 2013 Record date: April 12, 2013 Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share) Payment date: April 23, 2012 The company will plan for payment for the remaining 5% dividend of 2011 later.
