HTV: Board Resolution No.61

Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.61 dated March 15, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the Company’s 2012 business report, with profit after tax of VND39,724,610,112.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the 2013 budget plan.

Article 3: The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Do Van Huan as CEO of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company.

Article 4: The Annual General Meeting will be organized on April 19, 2013 at 360 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, HCMC.
