DIG: Board Resolution March 14

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation has announced the Board Resolution dated March 14, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to add the purpose of issuing the shareholders list closed on March 15, 2013 to consult shareholders in writing about increasing charter capital to 1,600 billion dongs before its 2013 Annual General Meeting.

Article 2: The resolution takes effect as from March 14, 2013.
