UDC: Board Resolution

Urban Development and Construction Corporation announced the resolution of the BOD as follows:

I.       The Board of Directors approved contents of AGM 2013:

-           Report on profit and loss in 2012, and business plan for 2013;

-           The audited financial statements in fiscal year 2012;

-           Report of the Board of Supervisors 2012;

-           Report of the Board of Directors in 2012;

-           Approval for the 2012 profit distribution;

-           Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2013;

-           Electing the CEO;

-           Amending the Articles of Association.

II.       The Board of Directors approved:

1.         Approving the resignation of Mr. Trinh Hang as CEO as from March 15, 2013.

2.         Mr. Ho Thanh Con – Deputy CEO was appointed as CEO as from March 15, 2013.

3.         Mr. Vo Thanh Phong was appointed as Deputy CEO as from March 15, 2013.

III.       The Board of Directors approved to adjust business plan for 2013:
