PGC: Petrolimex Gas Corp sets up Gas Petrolimex Hanoi

On March 15, 2013, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Gas Corporation – JSC (PGC) unanimously approved plan to establish Gas Petrolimex Hanoi Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to execute the plan.
