SII: SII signs Preliminary MoU with a foreign partner

On March 15, 2013, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (Saigon Water) signed a Preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (Preliminary MoU) with its partner, a foreign corporation specializing in the water sector. The foreign partner will invest in Saigon Water Infrastructure Corporation. Therefore, it will be significant in raising funds for Saigon Water’s projects.
