KDH: Announcement of New BOD Chairman

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KHADIHOUSE JSC) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Andy Ho (Ho An T) resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Ly Dien Son, Deputy Chairman, was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors from March 15, 2013, according to Decision No.06/2013 dated 03/14/2013 by the Board of Directors.
