KDH: Khadihouse finishes buying 12.6 million shares from PVPF3

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KHADIHOUSE JSC) has finished receiving the transfer of 12,600,000 shares (45% stake of Khu Dong Real Estate Investment and Trading JSC) from PVPF3 Limited, so raised Khadihouse’s holding ratio in Khu Dong Real Estate Investment and Trading JSC from 49% to 94%.
