DIG: DIC Corp Approved 1/500 Planning of North Vung Tau Project

On October 31, 2012, the People’s Committee of Vung Tau City approved the 1/500 detailed planning of North Vung Tau New Urban Area Project invested by Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC CORP).

-         The scale of approved planning: 90.5 hectares. Population size: 18,000 people.

-         Land use planning:  

+         Residential area and trade - services, market area: 49.76 hectares or 54.98%

+         Public works, transport, and parks: 40.7 hectares or 45.02%.
