HDC: Hodeco offers 20 villas of Ngoc Tuoc II Hill in the 1st sale phase

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) has disclosed that it will offer 20 villas of Ngoc Tuoc II Hill Project during the first sale phase of 2012, as follows:

-         Quantity offered for sale: 20 villas

-         Area: from 280.8 m2 to 567.5 m2

-         The transfer price includes:

+         Land-use right: from VND14.3 million/m2.

+         Villa: depending on each specific design

-         Start time: November 09, 2012

-         Time of contract signing: from November 16, 2012

-         Ngoc Tuoc II Hill Project has a total area of 14.3 hectares, including a residential area of 74,456 m2. There are 159 villa land lots, garden houses with areas of 280 m2 to 700 m2 and 40 land lots for resettlement.
