Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of Board of Directors on November 07, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors decided the record date for consulting shareholders for appointing BOD Chairman as CEO temporarily.

-         The Board of Directors has not approved to adjust 2012 business plan.

-         The Board of Directors listened to the report on business targets in 2013.
