SD7: Merger decision

Song Da No 7 JSC has disclosed the decision of its Board Resolution held on 31/10/2012. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Merging Song Da 702 JSC and Cao Nguyen Song Da Hydroelectricity JSC by stock swap

Time for merging: Q4/2012

2. After merging, based on the real situation, the Company will consider the establishment of branch.
3. The Board of Director assign equity representatives of these two companies to carry out procedures of the merging.
